I was asked to leave a comment on an article published in the National Journal. So I did. They forgot that if you ask me a question you have to be sure that you want the answer. I am told that I have a problem with honesty. I am brutal with it. It is why I am not in a political office. The voters want to hear what they want to hear rather than what is real. That is not true for all of us just the majority. So if you want to see my opinion and the article here is the link: http://www.nationaljournal.com/thenextamerica/politics/after-4-years-as-america-s-craziest-state-arizona-tries-out-moderation-20121011
What follows here is just my comment.
I am one of those pesky independents! I am also in favor of e-verify and the enforcement of immigration laws. I see no problem with allowing someone who has a carry concealed permit to carry. E-verify will assist in the enforcement of the immigration law. It removes the ability of an illegal to get a job that belongs to a US citizen. I served for six years in the US Army and fought for our rights. I firmly believe in those rights and that we should keep them. That is we as in American citizens. And keep in mind that if we used e-verify to insure jobs eligibility then we would not be in the mess we are in. For starters according to the published tax returns of Obama he is not eligible to work in the US because his social security number is stolen from a Connecticut resident born in 1903! We either have a 109 year old deceased president or he is falsifying his documentation. We already know he does that, he admitted in federal court to forging his birth certificate. Why do we want to allow every person who happens to be able to walk across an unprotected boarder to do what is rightfully an American citizens job?
